I’m looking for a Windows-based utility that will offer the following features:

- Schedule backups
- Automatically Encrypt backups
- Upload backups to an FTP server.

Any ideas?

Depending on your perspective and if you need more the 2 gb backed up. I would suggest you check out mozy. They offer regularly scheduled on line backups that are encrypted and includes 30 days worth of versioning.

Mmm… I think Windows might have functionality similar to what you want.
I know for sure you can do this at least with Windows 2000/NT but not entirely sure about 9x/XP.
